 PRODUCT AquaSurTech D45. (AST D45)
 DESCRIPTION A waterborne two part polyurethane-acrylate coating crosslinked with "substituted Imine-Ester" available in clear and color format.
 USE To revitalize, coat and protect surfaces such as aluminum, galvanized steel, PVC, fiberglass, vinyl and most other surfaces.
On concrete, masonry and wood, AST D45 will reduce atmospheric chemical damage and repel water while remaining highly breathable.

 APPLICATION  CRITERIA

 METHOD H.V.L.P. systems are recommended, however, brush, roller and conventional spray can also be used.
 TEMPERATURE 10 degrees C (50 F) minimum @ 60% RH.
 THINNING Water, not more than 15 %.
 CLEANING Water.

POT LIFE 6 hours at 24 degrees C (75 F) may be crosslinked once more within a 48-hour period.
DRYING TIME
Dust free after 10 minutes.
Dry to touch after 30 minutes.
80% cured after 72 hours, full cure after 7 days.
Detergent resistant after 72 hours (depending on RH and Temperature).
OVERCOATING 2 to 5 minutes at 22 degrees C (72 F), when using H.V.L.P.
STORAGE 5 degrees C to 30 degrees C, do not allow to freeze
WEIGHT 1.25 kg per litre for clear; 1.49 kg per litre for color coat
UNITS Available in all formats.
SURFACE PREPARATIONS All surfaces to be coated must be free of dirt, grease, oil or other contaminants. Refer to AquaSurTech D45 Surface Preparation Document. (available at your local distributor.)
SAFETY
Ensure adequate ventilation.
Wear appropriate face mask.
Wear gloves and goggles to avoid skin and eye contact.
FIRST AID
Inhalation: fresh air and rest.
Skin contact: wash with soap and water.
Eye contact: rinse for a long time with soft water jet.
Ingestion: drink plenty of water. If necessary seek medical care.
